Cora's Prairie Garden

The first week Cora worked for United Prairie Foundation she got it, which was the Northern Plains native ecosystem. The important relationship between plants, insects and wildlife. A garden titled Cora’s Prairie Garden is one planted by United Prairie Foundation utilizing locally sourced seed grown and planted creating environments similar to what would have been in the area pre settlement. They are high diverse Prairie gardens some people call pollinator gardens. These gardens go by many names but all serve some function of prairie. A native prairie is the ultimate pollinator garden. This page is being developed to show and promote prairie plantings that United Prairie Foundation has been a part of in our mission to Make Prairie Common Again!
